PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Installation of new addressable non-proprietary fire alarm system for Municipal Building Complex.
In general, the project consists of fire alarm system replacement and associated electrical and architectural work including, but not limited to:
1. Electrical modifications to provide power to the fire alarm equipment.
2. Replacement of the existing fire alarm system with a new addressable system as indicated within the drawings and specifications.
3. Architectural work to protect, patch, paint, and repair all areas of work including roof, walls, and floors.
