One new and unused, 2009 or 2010 model year, Passenger/Wheelchair Bus for COLT Para-Transit. The vehicle described will be a medium duty bus for the purpose of transporting a combination of wheelchair and ambulatory passengers. To meet the requirements of the bid, the vehicle will include an American with Disabilities Act (ADA) qualified wheelchair lift and wheelchair locks for a specified number of wheelchairs. FTA Third Party Contract Clauses apply to purchase.
