2019-70 - Parking Lot Accessibility Improvements

Per this RFP, the City of Loveland is seeking proposals for repairs to accessible parking facilities in support of the City’s Transition Plan goals of eliminating hazards and improving facility access and compliance throughout the Parks and Recreation system. The city has budgeted a total
contract value of $166,000 worth of accessible parking facility improvements to be completed through the remainder of 2019. Under the awarded contract for this scope of work, Work Order Requests will be sent to the contractor on periodic basis over the life of the contract. The estimated number of Requests before December 31, 2019 will be dependent upon the scope of individual work assignments and their associated costs relative to remaining contract budget with job locations to be dispersed throughout the City of Loveland.
