The City of Loveland (City) is soliciting bids for the final phase of the Pulliam Renovation which began in 2016. This phase will include period-based interior renovations, new Tech/AV package throughout, window replacements, new awnings over the front entrance and South ally entrance, HVAC, electrical and plumbing upgrades, as well as new landscaping.

This Contract is federally funded. This contract is exempt from Build America, Buy America, Buy American Preference, and Davis Bacon but the attached federal clauses are applicable to this Contract and incorporated herein.
