A letter of commitment is required to be considered for the 29th ST. P2 Pump Station Project.
Include a letter of commitment from the Contractor’s principal outlining the Contractor’s
commitment to be considered for the 29th ST. P2 Pump Station Project and the ability to
perform to the minimum qualifications and schedule outlined in this RFQ. This letter should
also state why the Contractor is uniquely qualified for this work and motivated to work on this
City project.
• Identify the legal name of the Contractor, the name and title of the contact person for this
proposal, a telephone number, an e-mail address, and a mailing address. Identify any
previous names under which the Contractor operated in the last 10 years, and list the date
any such firm was established.
