RFP-287 & 64th Underpass - RECREATION TRAIL UNDERPASS AT 64TH STREET AND US HIGHWAY 287

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Loveland is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for design services for a grade separated crossing (underpass) of US Highway 287 at 64th Street. This is a Federal Aid Project and all proposers shall be pre-qualified with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) for bridge and roadway design. The services will consist of data gathering, surveying, geotechnical and soil testing, detailed road and culvert design generally consisting of overall plan preparation, structural analysis and design, report preparation, construction documents per CDOT standards and specification preparation. Consultant shall also participate in bid preparation, bid analysis and submittal reviews.
