Summary of Specifications:
The City of Loveland has initiated this RFP with the intent to purchase all equipment and software needed to convert the Loveland Public Library to an RFID working environment including delivery, installation, staff training, full warranty and post-warranty maintenance. The goal is to streamline its materials handling process by purchasing the equipment needed to operate self checkout and security for materials as well as to provide automated check-in and materials sorting of returned materials. The Library is seeking a highly qualified firm to provide a turnkey system that includes equipment and hardware, software, RFID tags, training and documentation, and ongoing support and maintenance.
