The City of Loveland (City), seeks proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from companies specializing in Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Automated Material Handling (AMH) and Sorting Systems compatible with Innovative Interfaces Inc.’s Sierra ILS software.
Loveland Public Library is part of the Flatiron Library and Prospector Consortium and circulates items for numerous other libraries, each with their own RFID and barcode configurations. AMH systems must therefore be compatible with multiple format RFID tags and barcodes.
Prices must include design, delivery, installation, staff training, full warranty and post-warranty maintenance, support and service updates for both hardware, OS, and software. Proposals must contain post warranty maintenance and support costs for 5 years.
The AMH system must read multiple format RFID tags and scan multiple types of barcodes for those items that do not have RFID tags.
