The City is seeking proposals from contractors interested in providing renovation construction services for the Municipal Complex.
Proposer shall include in its proposal all labor, materials and equipment required to accomplish the work, and must have the ability to coordinate with other trade contractors hired by the City.
THIS PROJECT IS PHASED, THEREFORE CONSTRUCTION WILL PROGRESS IN SERIES, WITH A MAXIMUM OF 1 WEEK LAG BETWEEN EACH PHASE.
