Description

The City of Loveland (City) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Contractors to Provide and Install Security Cameras.
Description of Work:
The Contractor shall provide and install video security systems as requested by the City. Current video systems include but are not limited to; Panasonic IP Camera/Network Camera, Network Recorders, and ASM300 management software. Work orders will be issued by the City from various City departments for projects on an as-needed basis. The City guarantees no minimum amount of work under this Contract. The City may issue one or more contracts under this bid. The City at its sole discretion may bid individual projects during the contract period when the City deems it would be in their interest.

SOQs must be received at bids@cityofloveland.org on or before 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 15, 2020. The subject line in the email must contain the name of the bid and the company name and address should be in the body of the email.
Responses received after the deadline set forth above, as determined by the City email server will not be considered. The City is not responsible for delays occasioned by the internet, outages of service, the City email server, or any other electronic delay. The City email server scans all emails with attachments and delays the receipt of those emails up to 4 minutes, please plan your submission accordingly.
