Description

The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit offers from qualified Self-Funded Medical Third-Party Administrator (TPA) providers for the City. Those inurers that provide fully insured HMO paln offerings only are encouraged to participate. Additionally, Colorado based coalitions and multi-employer trust plan offerings will be considered if proposals are submitted in accordance with the terms of this RFP. The City intends to enter into a contract with one experienced and qualified proposer to administer the medical plan offering.

No proposals will be considered which have not been received by the deadline set forth above. The City and IMA Corporation are not responsible for delays in submission or receipt of any proposals, whether occasioned email delivery system, or any other means of delivery employed by the submitting firm.
