The overall scope of the project is to replace the existing lighting in the main hallway. Existing hallway lighting will be removed and single circuit direct wall mounted (18) Wal 14 6’ wall fixtures will be installed. Fixtures have an LED Color of LED4 (4000K), white frost acrylic shielding, a textured matte white finish, and should come with an emergency battery backup. Projects includes installing (17) 505 WattStopper Ultrasonic Occupancy Sensors and approximately 125 linear feet of ¾” conduit. This project is a turn key project with awarded contractor responsible for all aspects of this project including but not limited to: proper disposal of existing lighting fixtures and bulbs, repairing all damage to masonry or drywall inflicted during construction, paying all fees associated with City of Loveland Building Division permitting, scheduling all building inspections, and owner training on new lighting system. There is adequate space at the Service Center to place construction and metal recycling dumpsters on site. Awarded contractor will be responsible for providing dumpsters. Placement of these dumpsters as well as specific construction schedule will be agreed upon between COL personnel and awarded contractor during Pre-Construction meetings, after bid has been awarded. Special consideration needs to be taken to not disrupt normal operations at the Service Center during construction. Building is occupied during normal business hours and contractor needs to take care to not impede on City operations.
