2018-34 - Signal Replacement at HWY 287 and Orchards Intersection

Install new traffic signal equipment and remove existing traffic signal equipment at Orchards and 287.
The Colorado Department of Transportation’s Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge
Construction, dated 2017, controls construction of this project. The attached Special Provisions
supplement or modify the Standard Specifications and take precedence over the Standard
Specifications and Plans.
The Contractor shall follow all CDOT requirements applicable to this Project.
The following CDOT forms must be submitted by all bidders with their bids:
• Form 606 – Anti-Collusion Affidavit
• Form 1413 – Bidders List, and
• Form 1414 – Anticipated DBE Participation Plan
If any of the required forms are not complete or signed at the time of bid opening, their bid is
unresponsive and must be rejected.
