Description

The City of Loveland’s (City) Public Works Department – Traffic Operations is issuing this request for qualifications (RFQ) to pre-qualify contractors to participate in bids for traffic signal construction and maintenance. Through this RFQ process, the City will prepare a list of qualified contractors that the City will allow to bid on the construction and maintenance of traffic signal projects.
The scope of services for construction of traffic signals will be defined in the construction drawings and specifications for each traffic signal construction project and will be issued to qualified contractors for bid and award before each project begins.

Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) must be received electronically at bids@cityofloveland.org on or before 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 1, 2021. Emails containing Statements of Qualifications are to be clearly marked in the subject line with the project name and contractor name.
SOQs not been received by the deadline set forth above, as determined by the City email server, will not be considered. The City is not responsible for delays occasioned by the internet, outages of service, the City email server, or any other electronic delay. The City email server scans all emails with attachments and delays the receipt of those emails up to 4 minutes, please plan your submission accordingly.
