The City requests proposals from qualified firms to provide all aspects of a transit shelter/bench advertising program and of all bus stop Amenities. These services are to include purchase, assembly, installation, and maintenance of Amenities, and sales and administration of the transit shelters/benches and vehicles with advertising. The Service Provider is responsible for all costs related to the assembly, installation, operation, and maintenance of the Amenities as well as all costs incurred in marketing and administration of the program
