There will be a mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 18, 2019, at South Shore Parkway, 499 W Eisenhower Boulevard, Loveland, CO 80537. Meet at the main parking lot across Eisenhower Parkway from Mountain Valley Floors. At the pre-proposal meeting, the City will identify an area of sidewalk as part of a pricing exercise to be included in the proposal.

Submittals are due at the City Clerk’s office, 500 E. Third Street, Suite 230, Loveland, CO 80537 prior to 2:00 p.m. MST on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at which time they will be recorded, but not publicly opened. Please provide three (3) hard copies and one (1) electronic PDF version of the proposal in a sealed envelope.
