Soft surface trails and rock retaining walls are connecting into existing trails on the north side of the river.

There will be a one-hour mandatory Pre-bid conference at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, April 5, 2018 at
the western parking lot of Viestenz-Smith Mountain Park, 1211 US Hwy 34, Loveland, CO 80537.
Because HWY 34 is under construction a pilot car will escort attendees westbound through the
closure. To catch the pilot car, meet at the east gate of the canyon near Cedar Cove by 10:25 a.m. Follow the pilot car through the closure. Once you reach Viestenz-Smith Mountain Park, pull into the park entrance and turn left into the western parking lot. When ready to leave the park, form aline at the HWY 34 entrance and a pilot car will meet at 11:30 a.m. to escort cars back to the eastgate. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders who do not attend.
