RFP-2014-47 - Voice Over IP Project

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Loveland, Colorado will accept proposals for the installation of a new voice and Information Technology Infrastructure communications platform that will support all City facilities. Proposals are to be labeled as “City of Loveland Voice Over IP Project” RFP 2014-47and received at the Loveland City Clerk’s Office located at 500 East Third Street, Loveland, CO, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 7th, 2014. Late proposals will not be considered! Proposals must include one paper original with appropriate signatures and a digital version of the RFP response and all schedules on a cd or usb thumb drive. Proposal documents are available at www.rockymountainbidsystem.com. All additional questions must be submitted via email to Bill Westbrook, bill.westbrook@cityofloveland.org , by 5:00 p.m., Friday, July 25th , 2014. The submitted questions and City responses will be posted on Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing by noon, Monday, July 28th , 2014.
