ITB-2015-59 - Winona Pool Building Roof Replacement

Summary of Specifications:
Replace the existing shake shingle roof with a standing seam metal roof and installation of DuroLast roofing on all flat roof sections of the building. Remove and dispose of the existing shake shingle roofing. Inspect existing roof deck for signs of degradation and replace as needed. Install specified weather barrier and standing seam metal roofing per attached engineered drawings including all new roof jacks, termination bars, flashing, and other miscellaneous weather proofing options identified. DuroLast roofing will be the only flat roof product allowed on the flat sections of the roof. No alternates will be accepted on this project. Contractor will be required to cut back existing end rafters to reshape all dormers and install new fascia according to drawings attached.
