The City is requesting proposals from qualified firms with experience in creating a Zero Emissions Bus Transition Plan. COLT is committed to transitioning to the use of the latest low and zero-emissions bus technology. The current COLT fixed route fleet is comprised of clean diesel and compressed natural gas buses. As buses are replaced COLT is looking to adopt the next generation of technology.

Proposals must be received electronically at bids@cityofloveland.org prior to 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Time) on November 10, 2022, at which time they will be recorded, but not publicly opened.

No proposals will be considered that have not been received by the deadline set forth above, as determined by the City's Purchasing Division. The City is not responsible for delays occasioned by internal email delivery system, allow time for the system to scan the attachments. Be aware that there is a time delay for emails to be scanned of up to 10 minutes from the time you send until the time it is actually received and available to City staff.
