This is part of the Phase 1 construction of the Dillon Mobility Hub Lot, which will provide essential parking and accessibility improvements to serve the community's immediate needs. The scope of work in this RFB involves the renovation for the two existing buidlings to supply the Mobility Hub with parking serivces offices and public restrooms. See attached RFB2025-002.1 document for details.
