2021-13 - Hwy 24 Interchange Streetscape Design & Cost Estimate

This RFQ is being issued to enable the City of Manitou Springs and MSURA to engage a consultant to develop design plans to construct Manitou Avenue streetscape improvements on Manitou Avenue between the Dillon Motel and Schryver Park on the north side and between the Loaf and Jug and the east bound onramp of US 24 on the south side.  The Colorado Department of Transportation is responsible for maintaining Manitou Avenue and its right of way. The improvements will include pedestrian safety upgrades, traffic operation improvements and be similar to the recent Westside Avenue Action Plan improvements.

This project is funded through MSURA.  Coordination with City of Manitou Springs and CDOT are required to insure proper approval of the proposed streetscape.
