2021-011 - Mesa Tank Valving Project

PROPOSAL CRITERION/SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Proposals must be received no later than: September 13, 2021, at 5:00 p.m.
(Proposals received after this date and time will not be considered for award.)

The City will only accept proposals for this RFP in email format to the City Contact listed above.

Email must contain in the subject field “RFP 2021-011 Mesa Tank Valving Project Proposal.  The body of the email must include:
            Company Name
            RFP Title
            RFP Number

Email must include an attachment of the Proposal or an on-line link to the Proposal.

PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS

The City is seeking information from qualified companies who have experience and qualifications to perform work and complete the City’s Mesa Tank Valving project. The Project Manager will work closely with the successful contractor on a multitude of projects and needs. 
The selected company will perform work under contract with City, using the City’s standard Services Agreement. Under the Services Agreement, the City will negotiate individual work orders for each discrete task, including specific scope, schedule and budget for the work task.

The City’s selection process will be an evaluation of the submitted proposals to include past-experience, detailed scope, environmental compliance, safety, presentation platform, and cost schedule.
