PSD RFP 2017-04 - ON-CALL ENGINEERING SERVICES

The City of Manitou Springs is seeking proposals from qualified professional engineering individuals or firms, licensed in the State of Colorado, who can support general engineering service needs for civil, structural, transportation, utility, environmental engineering and related professional services for projects involving the construction, reconstruction or rehabilitation of trails, roadways and bridges, utility infrastructure; routine bridge inspections and scoping reports; retaining wall design; traffic studies and sign or signal warrant reports; stormwater facility design; peer review of capital and private project design; assistance in capital improvement planning; development of standard specifications for water, sewer, and streets; land use and public involvement services; and to otherwise assist the City in completing selected engineering and capital improvement projects.
