The City of Manitou Springs is accepting bids for renovation of an existing playground at Soda Springs Park, new play equipment, grading and drainage, steps and handrail, concrete paving, crusher fines paving, decorative metal fencing, site furnishings and planting and irrigation. Pre-bid meeting to be held on Friday, August 16, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Soda Springs Park Playground site 1016 Manitou Avenue, Manitou Springs, CO 80829.
Deadline to present questions deadline is Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at 5:00 PM. Questions are to be addressed to the contact person listed above.
The City requires the project to be completed within 120 working days.
The Selected Contractor will be required to obtain a performance bond to cover 100% of the project contract amount and 50% payment bond.
Notice of Award will be September 13th, 2024.
