QUESTIONS CRITERION/SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS:
The City will only accept questions emailed to both of the City Contacts listed in RFP (dhowell@manitouspringsco.gov & croyston@manitouspringsco.gov). No verbal questions or questions through any other means other than email will be accepted. Emails containing questions must contain the RFP Title and RFP Number in the Subject line.

A signed Attachment A – Proposal Acknowledgement Form – must be included with submitted proposals.

The City will only accept proposals EMAILED to both the City Contacts. Emails containing proposals, or link to proposal, must contain the RFP Title and RFP Number in the Subject line. The body of the email must contain:

COMPANY NAME
RFP TITLE
RFP NUMBER
DUE DATE AND TIME
LINK TO PROPOSAL (if size of proposal exceeds email limitations).
