2018-001 - Schryver Park Parking Lot Improvements

The City of Manitou Springs is accepting bids on the Schryver Park Parking Lot Improvements project to include
Parking Lot Construction for 53-parking stalls covering
approximately 3,300 square yards including clearing and grubbing, export of
subgrade, hot mix asphalt, curb and gutter, sidewalks, handicap ramps,
playground soft surface with concrete base, parking lot striping, storm sewer
outlet structure and associated storm sewer piping, trash enclosure, site
lighting, and construction erosion control for grading activities.
Landscaping for approximately 4,500 square feet of area
within the parking lot including soil preparation, trees, shrubs, sod, edging,
cobble mulch, wood mulch, native seed restoration, boulders, and irrigation
modifications.
Water Bottle Filling Station including plumbing connection
and install of an outdoor filling station.

We will require a 5% bid bond, 100% preformance bond, and an active Duns number.
