RFP-Stone Retaining Wall - Stone Retaining Wall

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Manitou Springs is accepting bids for construction of a Stone Retaining Wall. Project includes construction/placement of approximately 20 feet of stone retaining wall, as well as placement of a drain behind the rock wall. The wall is holding up a publicly maintained road, but adjacent to private property, and it in close proximity to a garage. Bid must include separate line item costs and should also include cost for attendance at weekly construction meetings.
