Summary of Specifications:
In general, the successful bidder will provide services to re-plumb 1535 Cypress Ave. Submitted prices are to include all charges for labor, materials, supplies, insurance, licenses, delivery, tools and equipment necessary to supply service requirements as listed within the Scope of Service. No faxed or electronically delivered bids will be accepted. Bids received after the time and date listed above will be rejected and returned. Site Inspection is not mandatory but strongly encouraged. Prospective bidders must satisfy themselves by personal examination of the work site and the proposed scope of work as to the correctness of any service or items requested in the bid. Bidder shall not, after submission of proposal, dispute or complain of such cost estimate, nor assert that there was any misunderstanding in regard to the nature or amount of work to be done.
