In general, this project will consist of rehabilitating existing manholes located throughout the City of Pueblo by patching manholes with a cementitious material and placing an epoxy coating. Specifically, the rehabilitation will include rebuilding 38 benches and troughs with fast-setting cementitious material, removing and replacing 1 manhole ring and lid, 582 vertical feet of epoxy coating, and placing 582 vertical feet of cementitious material. Construction shall be completed as detailed in the plans and specifications for this project.

The City of Pueblo will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 10:00:00 AM (MT) on the 23rd day of September 2020, for the following project. Bids may be mailed, hand delivered, or submitted electronically. Mailed and hand delivered bids must be delivered to the City’s Purchasing Department, 230 South Mechanic Street, Pueblo, Colorado, 81003, 719-553-2350.
