In general, this project will consist of rehabilitating existing manholes located throughout the City of Pueblo by placing calcium aluminate and epoxy coating. Specifically, the rehabilitation will include rebuilding 44 manhole benches and troughs with fast-setting cementitious material, removing and replacing 6 manholes, placing 561 vertical feet of epoxy coating, and placing 479 vertical feet of calcium aluminate patching. Construction shall be completed as detailed in the plans and specifications for this project.

The City of Pueblo will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 10:00:00 AM (MT) on the 15th day of March 2022 for the following project. Bids may be mailed, hand delivered, or submitted electronically in PDF format. Mailed and hand delivered bids must be delivered to the City’s Purchasing Department, 230 South Mechanic Street, Pueblo, Colorado, 81003, 719-553-2350. Electronic bid submittals must be sent to OnlineBids@pueblo.us. Bidders must enter the following in the subject line of the email: “SEALED BID 22-019 – Your Company Name.” Submittals will be opened no sooner than the submittal deadline.
