Construction will include replacement of concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, asphalt patching, striping, and other items related to the construction as detailed in the plans and specifications for this project.

Bids may be mailed, hand delivered, or submitted electronically in PDF format. Mailed and hand delivered bids must be delivered to the City’s Purchasing Department, 230 South Mechanic Street, Pueblo, Colorado, 81003, 719-553-2350. Electronic bid submittals must be sent to Onlinebids@pueblo.us. Bidders must enter the following in the subject line of the email: “SEALED BID 22-025 – Your Company Name.” Submittals will be opened no sooner than the submittal deadline shown above.
