Summary of Specifications:
MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: March 10, 2015 at 9:30 AM Pueblo Police Department - Community Room, 1ST Floor 200 S. Main Street, Pueblo, CO 81003 (ONLY MANDATORY FOR GENERAL CONTRACTORS)
In general, this project will consist of the construction of streetscape improvements within Alan Hamel / Grand Avenue between Union Avenue and Main Street. The construction will include, but is not limited to, removal of existing street and landscape improvements, construction of storm sewer, street improvements, traffic signal improvements, sidewalks, A.D.A. curb ramps, installation of irrigation system, landscaping and other incidental items related to the construction as specified in the plans and the specifications. Contract documents, in electronic format, may be obtained from the office of the Department of Public Works, 211 E. “D” Street, Pueblo, CO, 81003, 719-553-2295, at a NON REFUNDABLE cost of $20.00 per CD. A paper copy of the Contract documents are available, for review only, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the office of the Department of Public Works, 211 E. “D” Street, Pueblo, CO, 81003. Only bids that are made out upon the City-prepared forms will be considered. The bid form must not be separated from the required proposal submittal packet as defined in the Mandatory Submittals checklist. Any correction on the bid forms must be initialed by the person signing the bid.
