Summary of Specifications:
In general, the successful bidder will provide inspection services to identify potential asbestos containing materials (ACM’s) and lead based paint (LBP) at 1821 W. 11th Street, Pueblo, Colorado. Submitted prices are to include all charges for materials, manufacture, supplies, shipping/freight, delivery/handling, permits, labor, insurance, and equipment necessary to supply the commodity as listed within this Invitation for Bid.
