Summary of Specifications:
In general, the successful bidder will be responsible for maintenance at selected citywide landscape/streetscape sites located in the City of Pueblo. Items to be maintained include lawn, trees, shrubs, perennial, irrigation system, site trash and debris clean up, and watering services. Submitted prices are to include all charges for labor, materials, supplies, insurance, delivery, tools and equipment necessary to supply service requirements as listed within this IFB.
