Summary of Specifications:
In general, this project will consist of the construction of concrete pathways, landscaping and replacement of playground, equipment at Bessemer Park. Specifically, it will involve the removal of asphalt paths and construction of 4" concrete paths, landscaping at the swimming pool bath house, removal of the existing playground equipment, installation of new playground equipment and other incidental items related to the construction as specified in the plans and the specifications.
