Summary of Specifications:
The City of Pueblo is soliciting proposals for architectural, engineering, design and consulting services related to a swimming pool bath house located at 221 S. Parkside Lane, Pueblo, Colorado (located on the west side of Pueblo’s City Park). The bathhouse replacement will need to serve the existing outdoor swimming pool in the interim, but should be designed to serve as the bathhouse for a new swimming pool that will be constructed in the future. As part of the project, the current bathhouse structure will be demolished in conjunction with the construction project.
