In general, the successful bidder will provide asbestos/lead-based paint abatement, demolition of structure(s), tree removals, fence removal, utility disconnects and general site cleanup at 1821 W. 11th Street, Pueblo, Colorado, as specified within this IFB. Submitted prices are to include all charges for labor, materials, supplies, permits, insurance,delivery, tools and equipment necessary to supply service requirements as listed within the Scope of Service.
