18-061 - Demolition of Unsafe Structure at 811 E. 3rd Street

PRE-BID MEETING:      May 15, 2018, at 1:30 PM in the Department of Public Works Conference Room, 211 E. “D” Street, Pueblo, CO  81003

In general, this project will consist of the abatement and demolition of a residential building located at 811 E. 3rd Street, Pueblo, Colorado.  A fire that partially consumed the structure has rendered the building structurally unsafe and the walls have been razed onto the building footprint. Scope of work includes open air demolition/abatement, handling, and disposal in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) regulations as detailed in the CDPHE approved Asbestos Scope of Work, Open Air Demolition - Variance, for this project.
