Summary of Specifications:
This project consists of constructing a new half of an interstate interchange in Pueblo, Colorado. Significant project elements include major structures, including a two-span bulb tee girder bridge over I-25 with a reinforced concrete deck slab to extend Dillon Drive to the east, MSE and cast-in-place concrete retaining walls, a new drainage structure and structure excavation and backfill. Other key project elements include widening Dillon Drive from two to four lanes from Elizabeth Street to I-25, construction of two roundabouts at the ramp terminal intersections, new interstate on- and off-ramp, unclassified excavation and embankment, base course and bituminous paving, sanitary sewer line and water line relocations, drainage improvements, and landscaping and aesthetic improvements including "stone look" formliner panels.
Only bidders pre-qualified in accordance with the Rules for Pre-Qualification, Debarment, Bidding and Work on Colorado Department of Transportation’s Road, Highway, and Bridge Public Projects, will be allowed to bid on the project.
