RFQ-TB-13-083 - East 4th Street Enhancement Design and Construction Documents

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Pueblo is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering firms to perform the Scope of Services outlined below. The project is funded by CDOT and shall follow the CDOT format. In general the project involves the design and engineering of roadway and streetscape improvements for a four block section of East 4th Street beginning at Erie Avenue and extending east to Hudson Avenue including full intersections. The planned improvements will include storm drainage inlets, roadway markings, decorative paving, landscaping, urban design amenities, lighting and enhanced pedestrian crossings. The consultant is also expected to provide construction documents for all approved streetscape and roadway designs.
