PRE-BID MEETING: May 24, 2022, at 1:00 PM (MT). Meeting will be held at the Department of Public Works Conference Room, 211 E. D Street, Pueblo, CO 81003. Bidders may attend in person or online via Zoom. Bidders wishing to attend via Zoom must email bidinfo@pueblo.us by 11:00 AM (MT) on May 24th to obtain the link to the meeting. Please enter “22-033 Pre-Bid Meeting Request” in the subject of the email and include company name, address, and phone number.

In general, this project will consist of the removal and proper disposal of the existing evaporative condenser unit, modification of the existing condenser stand to accommodate the new unit, installation of a new BAC PCC-0106-0412NO10 Evaporative Condenser, replacement of the existing Variable Frequency Drive with a new Eaton DG1-34016FB-C21C VFD, and related plumbing and electrical connections to bring the new unit into service as detailed in the plans and specifications for this project.
