In general, the successful bidder(s) will provide landscape maintenance on public right of way or City-owned properties and locations involving all labor, tools, equipment and materials to mow and trim turf and natural grass, core aeration, weeding, tree and shrub, perennial trimming/care, removal of trash and debris, irrigation start-up and winterization, irrigation repair as needed, and provide miscellaneous maintenance (Services). Submitted prices are to include all charges for labor, materials, supplies, insurance, delivery, tools and equipment necessary to supply service requirements as listed within the Scope of Services.
