The City of Pueblo is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide real estate appraisal services to the City of Pueblo Department of Housing and Citizen Services (“DHCS”), Department of Public Works, Department of Planning and Community Development, and other City departments as needed, in accordance with all the terms and conditions contained in the Scope of Services (Section 2).
