Summary of Specifications:
Only proposals or bids which are made out upon the regular proposal bid forms will be considered. No faxed or electronically delivered bids will be accepted. Site Inspection is non-mandatory but strongly encouraged. However, prospective bidders must satisfy themselves by personal examination of the work site and the proposed scope of work as to the correctness of any service requested in the bid and shall not, after submission of proposal, dispute or complain of such cost estimate, nor assert that there was any misunderstanding in regard to the nature or amount of work to be done. The rehabilitation services referenced in this project are being requisitioned by the City of Pueblo, Department of Housing & Community Development. General Contractors must be Lead Based Paint Certified through the State of Colorado. Inquiries regarding the referenced certification, supplies, equipment, or services shall be directed to Sean Garrett at 719-553-2848. The City of Pueblo reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any and all items covered in the bids, to waive informalities of defects in bids, or to accept such bids as shall be deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
