Summary of Specifications:
Only proposals or bids which are made out upon the regular proposal bid forms will be considered. No faxed or electronically delivered bids will be accepted. Site Inspection is non-mandatory but strongly encouraged. However, prospective bidders must satisfy themselves by personal examination of the work site and the proposed scope of work as to the correctness of any service requested in the bid and shall not, after submission of proposal, dispute or complain of such cost estimate, nor assert that there was any misunderstanding in regard to the nature or amount of work to be done. The rehabilitation services referenced in this project are being requisitioned by the City of Pueblo, Department of Housing & Community Development. General Contractors must be Lead Based Paint Certified through the State of Colorado.
