373-24 - On-Call Snow removal Services

Thornton is seeking Proposals from Contractors to provide Snow Removal Services on an on-call, as-needed basis under an open-ended General Service Agreement.  When storms have a potential of producing nine (9) inches or more of snow, at Thornton’s direction, Service Providers may be required to plow snow, stockpile snow, load and haul away snow, utilize snow blowers, and/or apply ice slicer and or sand, in the public Right-of-Way within Thornton’s City Limits, including, but not limited to, arterial, collector, and residential streets, sidewalks, trails, parking lots, or from other Thornton-owned facilities.
