The City is seeking a qualified firm to perform Building Division Services on behalf of the City of Wheat Ridge. The initial term will be for one year with an option to automatically renew for up to nine additional one-year periods. The preferred contracting firm will be experienced in managing all aspects of Building Division services; will value customer service and collaboration; and will be well-versed in I-codes, local amendments, code updates, accessibility codes, and applicable state laws.
