The City is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide exceptional Right of Way services using their own staff. Services shall include, but not be limited to, chemical weed control, mowing and trimming, trash and debris removal, sidewalk / median cleaning and/or blowing in designated City of Wheat Ridge (COWR) right-of-way (ROW) turf and sidewalk areas. Services shall be provided on an as-needed, where-needed basis, as directed by the City.
