ITB-20-13 - Wheat Ridge City Hall Office Remodel

Remodel and renovation of general office space located within City Hall, including the following departments: Community Development, Administrative Services, Police, Courts as well as the Central Lobby to improve security, functionality, and to address COVID-19 concerns specific to Court consultation space.  Drawings and specifications by Barker, Rinker, Seacat Architecture.  Partial CARES Act federal funding assistance. 
The Contractor shall include all labor, materials, supplies, products, facilities, transportation and eqiupment necessarey for the City Hall Remodel according to the plans and specifications.  The work shall comply with the requirements of all legally constituted authorities having jurisdiction.  Work shall include coordination with the city's selected FFE vendors for the reconfiguration of systems furniture and office equipment.  Work shall begin in November, 2020.
Contractor and sub-contractors shall not be banned or debarred from receiving gederal funds, as confirmed on www.sam.gov . Work in the Police Department or Court areas requries prior security clearance approval for each individual.
